First Engineer Bridge

First Engineer Bridge Engineers bridge is named after the castle, located on one of its sides.
As usual wooden pedestrian pontoon bridge was first built in 1720, which stood for nearly a century, until in 1825 was not made of cast iron bridge at the new Ironworks, whose base rested on the granite foundations. In addition to the extremely lightweight construction the bridge was an unusually richly decorated-iron helmets, spears and shields on the arches, reschetka-heads of Medusa and swords. In the middle of the 21 century it was closed for renovation, iron span was replaced with steel and grilles and the rest of the decor has been destroyed.
