Loft occupies the area of the former malt house on the street Kurland, 49 (4000 “squares”!). The brick array, designed by architect E. Jurgens in 1875, belongs to the clearest examples of the architecture of St. Petersburg of the second half of the 19th century. Loft spaces allow display in St. Petersburg the most current modern world-class projects, many – for the first time. And, do it – in full – with a large exhibition space, media library, galleries, cafes and shops for artists.
