18 – th annual festival of ice cream Ice Cream Festival will be held in St. Petersburg on Ostrovsky Square on 26 May at the City Day celebrations. Interactive site on Ostrovsky Square will receive visitors from 11 am. This year, the festival kicks off with the motto “St. Petersburg – the capital of ice cream with a quality mark!”. Throughout the day, St. Petersburg and guests will enjoy not only tasty and varied ice cream, but also a rich cultural and entertainment program: dance groups, magicians and pop stars, and exciting circus acts. By tradition, “Multteatr” will be established, which during the day will be shown the best Soviet and Russian cartoons. For younger guests, the Festival Jazz Orchestra will perform Apple.Sin favorite tunes from Disney cartoons. You will find a photo contest and, of course, the competition of ice cream! Entrance to the festival is free.
