The house belonged to timber merchants brothers Nicholas and Theodore Kolobov. Built in 1889-1890, 1913-14. Arch. Nikolai Filippovich Romanchenko. Nikolay Kolobov was a famous collector of books, and in his library kept handwritten copies of works by Russian classics. The building is in the eclectic style, decorated with turrets and glazed tiles. The facades of many details. Inside the building is preserved stucco, stoves, fireplaces and staircases, restored some paintings.
